       -Robert: Where’s my money Williams? I gave you 3 months

       -Matthew: You calling me by my last name now? I said I got you.

       -Robert: You been saying that for 3 months.

       -Matthew: (screams) Ahhhh!

Scene 7

      -Akiel: no dialogue

      -Akiel: Oh my Gosh, Dad what happened?

      -Matthew:(whispering) Robert did it.

      -Akiel: Robert did what? Don’t die on me please.

Scene 8

     -Akiel: no dialogue.

     -Robert: Alright Mya you better not be talking to no boys.

     -Mya: Boy bye, you my cousin not my daddy.

      -Robert: You basically my daughter girl. Be safe.

      -Mya: Alright you too.

Scene 9

      -Akiel:(muttering to himself) He killed my father and thinks his life gonna be good? Nah I don’t like that.

Scene 10

       --Akiel: no dialogue

       -People in store: muttering in distance.

Scene 11

       -Akiel: no dialogue

       -Mya: Did y’all see that new Chanel purse?

       -Princess: Yess I was thinking about getting it.

       -Akiel: no dialogue

       -Akiel: Wassup can I get your name ma?

       -Gabby: Ooo okay Mya I see you

       -Mya: My name is Mya, and you are?

       -Akiel: Akiel, Akiel Williams.

SHOOTING SCRIPT

 

Scene 1

       -Establishing shot of neighborhood.

       -Camera moves slowly to get an overview of         the whole neighborhood.

       -Non diegetic sound: music playing.

       -Song: slippin by DMX playing.

       -Lighting: sunshine (natural lighting)

       -Dissolves into next scene.

Scene 2

    -Medium shot is being used for Tommie and Jessica as they’re playing and laughing.

    -Non diegetic sound: music in background.

    -Song: Slippin by DMX playing.

    -lighting: sunshine ( natural light)

    -cuts into next scene.

Scene 3

      -Long shot of Deshaun & Sam talking & laughing at something on a phone.

      -Non-diegetic sound: music in background.

      -Song: Slippin by DMX.

      -Lighting: sunshine (natural light).

      -Cuts into next scene.

Scene 4

       -Medium shot of Michael & Greg arguing.

       -Closeup on the dice.

       -Non diegetic sound: background music fading out.

Scene 5

                 -Long shot of Akiel walking home.

                 -Pan to follow him as he’s walking home.

      -Non-diegetic sound: birds chirping.

      -Uses continuity for the next scene

Scene 6

      -Medium shot of Robert and Matthew standing in front of each other.

      -Diegetic sound: Robert asks Matthew for his money. Matthew responds.

      -Shot reverse shot: as Matthew and Robert is talking back and forth.

      -Robert stabs Matthew with a knife, closeup is used on Matthew’s face.

      -Diegetic sound: Matthew falls to the floor and screams.

      -Robert is shown at a high angle.

      -Lighting: light that is in the house.

      -Continuity to next scene.

Scene 7

      -Akiel walks into house and sees his dad(Matthew) on the floor. He runs over to him.

      -Diegetic sound: Akiel talking to him, and Matthew responding.

      -Low angle as Matthew looks up at Akiel.

      -Closeup on Matthew’s chest.

      -Non-diegetic sound: sad background music.

      -Dissolves to next scene.

      -Lighting: light that’s in the house.

Scene 8

      -Akiel is outside walking and he sees some people.

      -Closeup on his face, eyeline match as the camera is on Mya and Robert

      -Akiel hides to listen to their conversation.

      -Diegetic sound: Mya and Robert talking.

      -Non-diegetic sound: suspense music in background.

      -Lighting: night (natural light)

      -Dissolves into next scene.

      -Tilt from top to bottom to see Akiel sitting on bleachers.

      -Diegetic sound: Akiel talking to himself.

      -Akiel is looking at something on his phone.

      -Over the shoulder to see that Akiel is scrolling on his phone.

      -Camera focuses on his phone and it’s Mya’s profile.

      -Non diegetic sound: loud background music.

      -Lighting: bright light from a source, dark outside.

      -Dissolves into next scene.

Scene 10

       -Akiel is in the corner store getting snacks.

       -Tracking to follow Akiel as he walks around the store.

       -Akiel is leaving the store.

       -Diegetic sound:people in store talking.

       -Lighting: bright, sunshine comes in through window.

       -Continuity to next scene.

Scene 11

      -Action match as Akiel is opening the door to leave the store.

      -Akiel sees Mya and friends.

      -Eyeline match to see what Akiel is looking at.

      -Long shot of Mya, Gabby, and Princess.

      -Diegetic sound: Mya, Gabby, and Princess are talking.

      -Akiel walks up to them.

      -Diegetic sound: Akiel speaks to Mya.

      -Shot reverse shot as they’re talking back and forth.

      -Non-diegetic sound: loud music as Akiel finishes saying something.

Brotherly love is a film about a high-school basketball player, his sister, and their older brother who face life-changing decisions as they struggle to make something of themselves. In our film “Life for life: A losing game” we plan on incorporating all of those and many more to produce the complete and versatile drama. Production Blog: Final Task

 It's finally over!! Boy was this journey stressful. We didn't do everything we wanted to do, but it still came out okay. We know we put our all into it and that's all that matters. We had to do a LOTT of trimming. We honestly didn't even do all of the scenes because we didn't think that it would be so long. We cut 4 minutes into 2 minutes and we didn't use all the scenes. Title Research: Fried Green Potatoes

The titles that are being played the opening sequence is the production companies, the kind of production it is, and the actors of the movies. They have the title of the movie (Fried Green Potatoes) , the special appearance, and the person who did the casting. We can’t forget the producers, the editors, and who’s the music by. They also include the costume designer, production designer, and who directed photography.  They also put what it was based on, who’s the screenplay by, and the official director. The images that are in the opening sequence is a lake, a car, and a neighborhood. There are 2 houses, a man in a telephone booth, and a small café. You can see their menu, a lady in a car, and a deer. The lake and car means that someone crashed their car into the lake in some neighborhood.
